The Vismin Printing, Packaging & Plastics Show 2024, held from July 18-20 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino in Lahug, was a three-day exhibition that served as a platform for the printing, packaging, and plastics industries to showcase their products, services, and innovations. The event attracted approximately 3,000 attendees, including industry professionals, stakeholders, and members of the public interested in the latest developments in these sectors.

Chinaplas 2024 occurred at the NECC Convention Center from April 22nd to 26th. The PPIA's representation at the event included 82 delegates from 36 member companies. The exhibition space covered an area of 380,000 square meters and welcomed participants from 9 countries, showcasing 9 pavilions with over 4,000 exhibitors. The event drew in more than 250,000 visitors worldwide. Various thematic zones displayed machine exhibits and material suppliers. Furthermore, it was announced that the next edition would be held in Shenzhen, China.

0n December 13 to 16, 2022, the ASEAN Federation for Plastic Industries (AFPI) held an onsite joint conference with the Asia Plastics Forum (APF) and Global Plastic Alliance (GPA) at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, Thailand. Organized by the Plastic Industry Club under the Federation of Thai Industries, the AFPI, representing seven ASEAN countries, aims to promote economic cooperation and coordination in the plastics industry within the region.
