In accordance with the statutory provisions of Republic Act 9003, or the 'Ecological Solid Waste Management of the Philippines Act of 2000,' the Philippine Plastics Industry Association, Inc. To this end, PPIA collaborates extensively with various national government agencies, local government units, non-government organizations, and private sector partners.
